We have years of experience in event management and love to coordinate with you from start to finish to ensure your games package is exactly what you wanted. Sometimes we are actually able to exceed your expectations by suggesting a games package that perhaps you had not originally considered, that works even better.
Services we offer:
Crazy Golf Hire has the ability and inventory to cater for a wide range of events including weddings, fetes, festivals, parties, family gatherings, anniversaries, birthdays and corporate team building and fun days. We have the variety of games and activities to suit indoor and outdoor events, big and small.
A clear and concise booking format and reliable communication with the client by both phone and email, results in well planned events that cater for the needs of each client. The aim of every event is to ensure the client’s criteria is met and that everyone present enjoys themselves. This also includes the staff who must have an adaptable and happy demeanour, ready to ensure the success of every event.
Event expectations:
Clear communication with the client prior to departure is necessary to ensure that the vehicle is loaded up with the correct equipment and games. The process of loading needs care to ensure no damage during transit.
Upon arrival, staff will introduce themselves and clarify the location for the games to be set up. Much of this will be confirmed in communications prior to the event day. It is helpful for us to have a phone number for a point of contact at the event.
Games and equipment will then be unloaded and set up by friendly staff who work hard as a team to ensure a high quality finish for the client.
For events where manning is required, and paid for, our staff know that they need to show willingness to spread a fun and safe atmosphere that is in keeping with the goal of the event. Staff need to be able to adapt from working at a school fete which demands safety and smiles for children to a corporate event which needs a professional and friendly attitude that builds on competition and fun.
Staff expectations:
Our staff have a happy personality complimented with a calmness to deal with any hiccups that can and do happen! They understand the management chain so that they know who to speak to if there are client upsets or problems on the ground.
General set up and event requirements:
Any problems, broken equipment, damage during an event or safety breaches must be reported to management or the office immediately. The same applies if anything is noticed upon collection and packing up at the end of an event.
