If we can’t reply instantly, chances are we are on an event – we will always call or email back! |
| LOGISTICS | Experience of past events and our games have taught us the value of logistics and planning. This is where we can take the stress off our clients, which allows them to focus on other aspects of their forthcoming event. We will ask the questions needed to make sure that every game is suitable for purpose. We will check with you about electric points needed and make sure the venue is sized appropriately. We do everything we can to facilitate prompt set up. |
| DELIVERY | We always arrive early at every event. This allows us time to add those special touches like bunting. It also enables us to deal with any hiccups in a professional and calm manner. We also always provide an ETA and once on site, speak to the event organiser to confirm set up requirements. |
| SET UP | We make sure every game, no matter the size, looks great and ready for play. We use bunting to demarcate certain games like Crazy Golf and Soft Archery. We can offer events with or without staff depending on whether manning is required. Often we set up, leave and then return to pack up. This is a more cost effective way of enjoying our games for hire. If required, we can offer manning for an additional fee. Some games have to have us there for health and safety. |
| PACK UP | We often leave a venue looking better or the same as it was when we arrived. We never leave rubbish, even if it is not ours. We are efficient at packing up swiftly and tidily. We have also been known, on many occasions, to keep games active for a slightly longer period than contracted. We don’t want to rush the end of fun if we can help it! |
| BUSINESS FACTS | We have £5 million Public Liability Insurance as standard. We can send risk assessments and method statements if requested. We can provide DBS checked staff. We are very knowledgeable on health and safety and follow all relevant protocols. |
